Is it hard to cancel a Prose subscription
In your Prose account page, click “Subscriptions". Click into your active subscription tile(s), and you'll find the “Cancel my subscription” link under your order summary. If you have multiple subscriptions: Canceling one subscription will not impact the other.
How long does a bottle of Prose last
We recommend using your custom Prose Shampoo within 6 months of opening. While it is safe to use after that time period, the active ingredients included in your formula become less effective so you may notice different results.
